Refund policy

Order Cancellations:

• Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of crystals and crystal products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges of any kind.

Open Boxes:

• If you initiate an Open Box, the order cannot be canceled and must be completed. This is because storing your order until shipment requires additional time, space, and resources.

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival.
• Contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note for EU & UK Customers:

• If your order is being shipped to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
• To exercise this right, please contact us at info@dreamycrystalco.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
